Asus Eee Pad Transformer, A Unique Android eReader

There are many e-readers on the market, which one should you chose? The Asus Eee Pad Transformer is an excellent choice, for multiple reasons. The company that first developed the netbook, Asus developed this product in a niche it knows well for its first Android tablet. Since the Android 3.0 products use almost identical platforms – the Nvidia’s Tegral two dual core CPU – each product will need an unique selling point.With the iPad release in 2010, the notebook days were limited in number. But until now, there was no product that offered the functionality of a netbook and the portability, convenience and fun of using a tablet.

There is a microSD slot on the tablet and in the dock. A screen HD resolution of 1280×8010 and two cameras make this capable of videoconferences. The proprietary docking connector is on the bottom, and it charges the battery, and connects to a computer and dock with the keyboard. The tablet only battery life is 9.5 hours.

Full QWERTY Keyboard, Tons of Apps

It has a QWERTY layout keyboard and hot keys for various functions- the Wi-Fi, screen brightness, and the Android menu, which provides an easy and convenient way to manage your systems. The dock has features of its own, not just the USB ports and the SD card port. The additional battery stored in the dock adds 6.5 hours of additional time to the battery life. Multiple apps are available, including Thumb Keyboard, Newsr , Tweet Comb, File Manager HD, MoboPlayer, NVIDIA Tegra Zone and Angry Birds. The netbook comes with one year of unlimited ASUS Estrange, two USB ports, SD and Micro SD cards readers for storage and convenient sharing. The audio system is 3D stereo with bass response and SRS premium sound.
